Managing Curriculum
BlueBic's curriculum engine allows you to define a standardized list of subjects across your entire school.
Subject Bases
A Subject Base is the global name for a subject (e.g., "Mathematics").
- Navigate to Academic > Subject Bases.
- Add all subjects offered in your school here.
- You can categorize them into "Core", "Elective", or "Vocational".
Linking to Batches
Once defined, a Subject Base is linked to a specific Batch to create a Subject Instance where scores are recorded.
Insider Note
Deleting a Subject Base will remove it from all future academic sessions. Ensure it is truly obsolete before deleting.
