Managing Guardians
Guardians in BlueBic are central entities that can be linked to multiple siblings across different classes.
Creating a Guardian
Guardians can be created during student admission or independently in the Guardians module.
- Navigate to Guardians > New Guardian.
- Enter contact details (Phone and Email are used for SMS/Email notifications).
Linking Siblings
To link a student to an existing guardian:
- Open the student's profile.
- Go to the Family tab.
- Click Link Guardian and search by name or phone number.
