Auditing Transactions

BlueBic maintains a tamper-proof audit log of every financial transaction in the system.

Viewing Transaction History

• Navigate to Finance > Transactions.
• Use the filters to search by Date, Student Name, or Payment Method.

Handling Voids and Refunds

Only users with specialized accounting roles can void a transaction.

• Open the transaction details.
• Provide a mandatory reason for the void.
• The system will automatically reverse the student's balance.
