ID Card Generation

Professional ID cards can be generated directly from BlueBic using the information stored in user profiles.

Prerequisites

Ensure all students and staff have:

1. A uploaded passport photograph.
2. Correct Batch/Designation assigned.
3. Valid contact information.

Printing Workflow

• Navigate to Reports > ID Cards.
• Select the students or staff members.
• Choose your ID Card Template.
• Click Generate & Print.
