If you are having trouble accessing your BlueBic account, follow these steps.
Forgotten Password
- Click Forgot Password on the login page.
- Enter your registered email address.
- Check your inbox for the reset link (check Spam/Junk folders too).
Account Locked
For security, accounts are locked after 5 failed attempts. Please contact your school administrator to unlock your profile.

Ensure your browser is up-to-date and clear your cache if the page is not loading correctly.
